INTRODUCTION TO HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

In this article we learned that people do tend to mention that managing their human resources is a quick and easy job for an organization or a company which is not the case infact a company or an organization tend to lack in the sense of managing their employees as they work for sole purpose of profit and do not understand the needs and want of their employees which leads to conflict between them and they need to do work slowly and with a laid back attitude.
    My suggestion for this would be that every manager should make a point of involving all the employees in decision making so that they feel that they are also important and not been used. Also employees need and wants should be fulfilled and been helped during difficult times. If we behave with employees like their friend rather then a boss they are tend to be more productive and work efficiently is what I believe. Inshort I learned from the article is that to make an organization function properly we need to keep perception of our employees and their need and wants in picture only then can we function properly without any delay.

    Most of the organisation doesn't give any attention to the employee there is no recognition in some jobs. This is a severe issue as if we talk to 10 employees regarding their previous jobs most of them would complaint about this issue and also the leadership behaviour
