STEPS OF ORGANIZATION BEHAVIOR
According to this article their are certain steps which are been followed for organization behaviour. The first being behaviour desired in an organization which to a certain extent should be modified to achieve better results. The second is based on your performance through which a manager gets to know about behaviour of employees. The next being based on what situation each employees behave in a particular situation and identifying them for the betterment of the organization. Next is using a certain strategy to overcome bad behaviour and implement the good ones. Last but not the least is the evaluation process where managers check that whatever effort is been put has a positive impact or not. I would like to conclude that yes an organization do need to follow a process to determine the behaviour of it's employees and not just determine them but also help improve those behaviour.
