Do chefs really need a cookbook?

Best Cookbooks for Chefs can be tricky to find in today's day and age.
Chefs are those you are well known for their recipes or what food they prepare considering in view the taste and presentable skill of their dish. They are considered the most people in the food industry as they might break or invent a particular dish. Having delicious food on your plate at places is not possible unless there is a trained professional known as a chef.

Taking in view the topic you might feel like do chefs really use cook books? As you might see in cooking shows that they never use cook books and make their dish from scratch without even looking at their cookbooks, the answer to that would be yes they do use cook books but instead of following the recipes from top to bottom as said in the cook book and try and innovate their recipe in a different way or style. Whenever they feel like making something new they do tend to follow the cookbook but end up making something innovative and presentable.

Some chefs do follow certain cook books and others prefer not to use a cookbook and innovate dishes which they already have learnt. Here are a few books which they follow.
1. COOKBOOK: THE MODERN CAFE

2. THE FRENCH LAUNDRY COOKBOOK, THOMAS KELLER

3. CULINARY ARTISTRY, ANDREW DORNENBURG AND KAREN PAGE

So chefs are really creative and innovative with passion but they can also follow the reference for giving their dish a tempting touch for makes our tummy happy.
