Love Marriage Vs Arrange Marriage


A love marriage is such where you tend to meet a person and then fall in love with them which eventually leads you and them get married which is termed as love marriage which usually is without the consent of the parents and based on you and your partner decision, whereas arrange marriage is where you find your partner through a matrimonial site or through your parents and hence don't have a say in it whatever might be the reason, since your marriage is fixed by your parents they are sole decisions makers of whether this marriage should go forward or not.
There are some advantages and disadvantages of love marriage
Love marriage advantages
1. Decisions are to be taken - Since you are getting married without consent of your family you should make sure you take a right decision as marriage is not a game which might end after a certain period but which might stay for a longer period of time
2. Conflicts - Since there is mutual understanding between the two there won't be any conflicts as both the partners might know each other no matter what the situation.
3. Planned - People usually say that planned and happy marriage usually last for a long period of time and hence marriages should be planned  
Love marriage disadvantages
1. Not acceptable - In certain part of India love marriage is still not being considered as an option as it will be treated as going against your parents.
2. Wrong decision - You might at times love that person but later regret loving that person which leads to ending up your relationship.
3. Independent - Since it was your and partner’s decision to marry once the relationship fall you might not have anyone to fall on.

The study confirms the “influence” and the “interchangeability” of leaders as independent constructs in the followers' perception of leaders. The results indicate: older followers view leadership change more negatively than younger followers; with more work experience followers view the influence of leaders diminishing; differences in perception of followers from collectivist and individualistic cultures were inconclusive.
