Who I am…….
Hey this is my home page, so I have to say something about myself. Sometimes it is hard to introduce yourself because you know yourself so well that you do not know where to start with.
 My self Pranali I am from Konkan which was the most beautiful splendor of nature & I feel proud to belong from Konkan. But for now I am living in Mumbai city. I am a MBA student specialised in digital marketing. From Ajeenkya DY Patil university,Pune. I am a person who loves to smile at any situation in life. According to your own smile gives you the motivation and strength to face any problem.so be positive and stay strong! I like to meet and communicate with new peoples.
If I talk about my family its sweet and small. There are 3 members in my family mom, dad and me.so basically I’m the only child of parents who gets the lots of pampering.my father is a retired government servant. And my mom is housewife.my dad will be the biggest motivator cum friend for me. That’s the reason I am the first person or a girl in my family who studied masters. For me who I am this just because of dad.
If I describe me; I like talk, I like to dream, I like to read, I love to eat, I am mad for the learning new things, I like to argue when its need, I am straight forward person and I love sharing.
I don’t have much to talk about my profession, for now I am working as an intern in Raletta Technology in digital marketing field and this was my first job. Still now I am on my way to start my career and achieve my dreams.
I have couple of hobbies like cooking, I love to go gym, I like to travel, I love to use different make up products, I am crazy about shopping. My goal is to become a successful in my life and stay strong.

Factors influencing Perception

The study confirms the “influence” and the “interchangeability” of leaders as independent constructs in the followers' perception of leaders. The results indicate: older followers view leadership change more negatively than younger followers; with more work experience followers view the influence of leaders diminishing; differences in perception of followers from collectivist and individualistic cultures were inconclusive. The research suggests that inexperienced followers attribute more influence to leaders. With greater exposure at work they are likely to see limitations in their leaders' influence.
